Recreational Craft Directive RCD 2013/53/EU
Recreational Craft Directive 94/25 / EC / as amended by 2003/44 / EC is designed to meet the free flow of pleasure boats in the EU market, and by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) and the European Electrotechnical Standardization Committee (CENELEC) developed regulations. It is based on security as the main purpose of the enactment of the regulations. A number of harmonized standards have been refined under the instruction of the pleasure boat, and each coordination standard corresponds to a class of products. The manufacturer is required to comply with the requirements of Directive 94/25 / EC and the corresponding harmonized standards for CE certification of certain types of products for pleasure vessels. The manufacturer's product is certified by a certification body (NB) authorized by the European Commission and, if required, the EC Declaration of Conformity and the CE mark on the product - the manufacturer's product The EU market is free to circulate.

ISO 21487 Inspection standards and requirements for permanently installed fuel tanks on yachts
ISO 14509 Inspection standards and requirements for yacht engine noise emissions
……
Note: Depending on the yacht design category and the certification model, the certification process and the required submission of technical documents will vary.

- Yacht instructions exclusion increased the amphibious ship;
- Increased the definition of importers, individual importers, distributors and the distinction between responsibilities;
- Increased PCA mode and its operational processes;
- Aa mode changes to A1 mode, increase the C1 mode, that is, on the basis of the original C model to increase the institutional intervention process;
- Improvements and corrections have been made from the requirements of hull structure, handling performance, installation requirements, exhaust emissions, noise emissions and other requirements
