GOST-K certification is Kazakhstan national compulsory certification, GOST-K certificate by the Kazakhstan Federal Technical Supervision and Metrology Department authorized agencies, in order to ensure that products meet the standards of Kazakhstan, whether Kazakhstan's domestic products or imports Products, are required to obtain GOST-K certification.
Having a GOST-K certificate means that the goods comply with the appropriate specifications and standards and are allowed to be imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan and used in the country.
In the Government Regulation No. 367 of April 20, 2005, the list of products requiring mandatory certification and their corresponding customs codes are clearly defined.
With the implementation of the Customs Union certification, part of the GOST-K certification range of products, was classified as the scope of customs association certification.

• Single batch certificate
The single-batch certificate applies to Kazakhstan importers to apply for a single product import. This certification is made to Kazakhstan importers, and the need to import products based on the contract and invoice to apply, once the import importer, or re-import the certification will be invalid.
Single-batch certificates are usually based on a technical document review and are not subject to product testing.
• Series certificate (1 year to 3 years)
A series of certificates is a certificate that is valid for one year to a maximum of three years, and such certification is usually granted directly to the manufacturer. During the validity period of the certificate, the manufacturer's products can be imported directly to the whole territory of Kazakhstan without restrictions on the number of times.
The series of certificates is usually available on the basis of a technical documentation review. A small number of products are required to be tested in accordance with the requirements of the relevant certification regulations and sent to a designated laboratory in Kazakhstan or a factory audit by a Kazakh expert.
