The harmonized standards for this release are the new standards released in 2013, as follows:

EN14511-2: 2013 Air conditioners, liquid cooling machines and electric compressors - Heat pump installations for heating and cooling air conditioning - Part 2: Test conditions

EN14511-3: 2013 Air conditioners, liquid cooling machines and electric compressors for heat pump air conditioning equipment Part 3: Test methods

EN14825: 2013 Partial load status and calculation tests and grades for air conditioning and air conditioning, liquid cooling packages with electric compressors and seasonal performance of heat pumps

EN15218: 2013 Air conditioning devices and liquid cooling packs for steam cooling with steam condensers and electrically driven compressors. Terms, definitions, test conditions, test methods and requirements

The above harmonization standard does not apply to comfortable fans. Comfortable fans are still in use before the transition test method, see the EU official announcement 2012 / C172 / 01.
