  Recently, the State Food and Drug Administration issued a supplementary examination of infant food production license rules (2017 version). "Rules" provides that enterprise food processing personnel should be a year of health checks, health certificate can be engaged in food processing.

Flow, logistics should be reasonable, effective control of personnel, equipment and material flow caused by pollution.

Business leaders and food safety management personnel, should have more than 3 years of food work experience, master the auxiliary food quality and safety knowledge, aware of the responsibilities and obligations should be borne. Food safety management personnel should have food or related professional bachelor degree or above, and after training and assessment, the assessment does not have the ability of food safety management, shall not posts.  The person in charge of the enterprise shall organize the implementation of the food safety management system and be fully responsible for the food safety work of the enterprise. Food safety management personnel should ensure that each batch of products meet the national standards for food safety and national laws and regulations related to the requirements of raw materials into the factory inspection and finished product discharge responsibility.

"Rules" provides that enterprises should establish a food processing personnel health management system, food processing personnel should be a year of health checks, health certificate can be engaged in food processing.
