Vietnam Ministry of Trade and Industry recently issued a notice 23/2016 / TT-BCT, announced the abolition of 37/2015 / TT-BCT textile products in formaldehyde and azo dyes release of aromatic amines limit provisions, and will be November 2016 26 officially entered into force.
Upon the entry into force of this notice, the textile products produced and sold in Vietnam will no longer be required for the detection of formaldehyde and aromatic amines.
This decision based on the Vietnamese local textile and clothing business feedback, according to the feedback to the restrictions on the operation of the enterprise caused a great obstacle, and therefore decided to abolish.
