Self-declaration -Standard Mark's transition:
The deadline for the transition period is June 30, 2016, and the original self-declaration can be used during the transition period, but after the transition period all the products that are not marked with the new Standard Mark or Standard Mark will not be able to complete the
Indian Customs clearance procedures.
BIS has been registered products, manufacturers can self-label on the self-declaration replaced by Standard Mark, do not need to make any changes to apply.
